What does a drop in, undermount, and vessel style of installation look like?

Is the drain included with my purchase?
Drains are included only with mosaic venetian glass sinks and tumbled marble sinks. Drains are available to order for all other sinks.

Is it possible to recieve a template for my custom sink?
No, all sinks are handmade, and they vary.

What gauge of copper is used in my custom sink?
Most copper sinks are estimated to be ten gauge in thickness.

Why are the sinks different colors and sizes?
No two sinks are alike. Each sink is handmade to give each its own sense of color, size, and style. This is what gives our sinks their charm.

How do you keep the luster and shine on the sinks?
To maintain the beautiful shine of your sink, buff the sink with black or brown shoe polish. No harsh abrasives are to be used.

Can all of the copper sinks be undermounted?
Yes they can. All of the sinks but the rolled rim sink can be undermounted, dropped in or vessel mounted.

What finishes are available?
The finishes availble are weathered copper, dark bronze, satin nickel, polished nickel, or gold.

Can we purchase the sinks direct from linkasink?
Sorry, we can only sell to showrooms or distributors. Please call us for the distributor or showroom in you area. We will be happy to direct you to the nearest one.

What is the estimated time of delivery, and when can we get our sink?
Typically we have the sink in stock, we will ship it within 48 hours. Shipping time is approximately 5 days. We ship through FedEx Ground®. Nickel sinks ship in 5-8 business days. Custom sinks take a 6 to 8 weeks for production process and shipping.
