Payment
- Net 30 upon credit approval. If account is consistently
late pay, prepay status will apply.
- No COD orders will be accepted.
Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped FOB Phoenix Arizona. We ship
only "Prepaid and Add" by our preferred shipping
carrier.
Returns
- All returns must be approved by Linkasink prior to shipping.
An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) must accompany returned
products.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from date of invoice.
- Products returned for reasons other than a defect are
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Special Order products and Mosaic Products are not returnable
other than for defects.
Shortages and Damaged Goods
- Must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
Templates
- All sinks are handcrafted by Artisans and sizes can
vary as much as 1/2". Please use actual sink for
making any cut outs in countertops
